Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.

- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
