A refreshing sangria with dragon fruit, enhanced by the floral notes of hibiscus. Perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 dragon fruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 cup sparkling water
  • 2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 lime, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, white wine, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add in the diced dragon fruit and orange slices.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and ice cubes to the sangria.
  5. Stir gently and serve in glasses garnished with lime slices.
