A refreshing sangria with dragon fruit, enhanced by the floral notes of hibiscus. Perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
- 1 bottle of white wine
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 dragon fruit, peeled and diced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 cup sparkling water
- 2 cup ice cubes
- 1 lime, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, white wine, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add in the diced dragon fruit and orange slices.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the sparkling water and ice cubes to the sangria.
- Stir gently and serve in glasses garnished with lime slices.
