Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups kataifi dough, chopped
- 1 cup tahini halva, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Line an 8" x 8" baking pan with parchment paper and pour half of the melted chocolate in, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped kataifi dough over the chocolate layer and gently press down.
- Add the crumbled tahini halva evenly over the kataifi.
- Spread the pistachio cream over the halva layer, using a spatula to smooth it out.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top layers, spreading evenly to ensure complete coverage.
- Sprinkle with chopped unsalted pistachios and drizzle with honey.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
- Once set, remove from pan, slice into 8 bars, and serve.
