Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 6 ears corn on the cob, halved
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 8 cups water
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil and stir in the Old Bay Seasoning.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and sliced smoked sausage, cooking for 10 minutes until the potatoes begin to soften.
  3. Gently add the halved corn on the cob and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the peeled and deveined shrimp, cooking until they turn pink, about 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with freshly chopped chives before serving.
