Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grapefruit zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely, forming a simple syrup. Let it cool.
