- In a large bowl, dissolve active dry yeast in 1 1/4 cups warm water (110°F/45°C). Add honey, molasses, and vegetable oil; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and enough bread flour to form a soft dough.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Punch dough down. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool on a wire rack.
