  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
