Ingredients
- 1 cup farro
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned

- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the farro under cold water and drain.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the farro and water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
