Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and roast in the oven for 1.5 hours.
  5. Uncover the pan, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C), and continue roasting for another 30 minutes until the ribs are caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
