  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 piece lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the assorted seafood in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, chili flakes, and minced garlic for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  3. In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Add the marinated seafood and tofu, stir-frying until the seafood is opaque and cooked through and the tofu is golden brown.
