  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with butter or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and apple cider until combined.
