  • 4 6 oz fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
