  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the pan if necessary. Pour a ladle of batter, swirling to form a thin sheet.
  3. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges start to lift. Remove the sheet and place on a clean surface.
  4. In a separate pan, cook ground pork with chopped mushrooms and minced garlic over medium heat until the pork is fully cooked and browned. Stir in fish sauce and cook for another minute.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a rice sheet. Fold the sides over the filling to create a roll.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling. Keep rolls warm by covering them with a damp cloth.
  7. Serve the Steamed Rice Rolls with fresh herbs, crispy fried shallots, and fish sauce for dipping.
