  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sugar

  5. Add snow peas and sauce mixture to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss everything to combine well.
  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
