  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole burger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 whole tomato, sliced

Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each for even cooking.

  4. Toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then place a burger patty on top.
  6. Add ketchup, lettuce, sliced tomato, and cover with the top half of the bun.
