Ingredients
- 4 6 oz fillets wahoo fish
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix tequila, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, and olive oil to create the marinade.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the fish from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place on a plate. Season both sides with a pinch of salt.
- Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer the grilled wahoo to serving plates and garnish with additional chopped cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
