These fish tacos topped with fresh mango salsa bring a vibrant and tropical twist to dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced

- 4 white fish fillets

- 8 corn tortillas
