- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork shoulder chunks, season with salt and black pepper, and brown on all sides.
