  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pistachios, matcha powder, and chia seeds.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, gently warm the almond butter and honey for about 20 seconds to make them easier to mix.
