- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
