These honey sriracha glazed meatballs are a tangy and spicy treat sure to please at any dinner or party.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until they are browned and cooked through.

  7. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cooked meatballs and pour the sauce over them.
  8. Gently toss the meatballs to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
