This Dumpling Bake is a quick, savory meal that combines the flavors of Asian dumplings with creamy cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen gyoza or dumplings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the frozen dumplings in a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, soy sauce, and ground black pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the dumplings in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the dumplings.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
