Fresh and vibrant, these Ahi Poke Bowls are layered with savory tuna and zesty mango salsa for a flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ahi tuna, sushi-grade, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha sauce. Add the diced ahi tuna, mix well, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
