Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. After coating in flour, dip the chicken tenders back into the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  7. While the chicken cooks, combine the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  8. Once the chicken tenders are cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
