  • 2 15 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chickpeas in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
