Air-Fried Nachos with Cheese and Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

  8. Carefully remove nachos from air fryer and garnish with sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
