Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 bagels, split and toasted
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados in a bowl and mix in lime juice and salt to make the avocado spread.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
