Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Distribute the seasoned cherry tomatoes around the chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the tomatoes are roasted.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and tomatoes, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
