These balsamic glazed spring carrots are tender and sweet, beautifully complemented by a tangy balsamic reduction.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds spring carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
