  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
