Claypot Bean Curd, or Claypot Tofu, offers a delightful blend of soft tofu with a richly flavored sauce. This traditional Chinese dish is prepared in a claypot, which infuses the ingredients with a distinctive earthy aroma. The tofu is marinated to fully absorb the savory sauce, while the gentle simmering brings all elements into harmony. The dish is cherished for its comforting flavors and the pleasing contrast between the tender tofu and the umami-rich sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Finish with chopped green onions as a garnish before serving.
