Ingredients
- 2 medium chicken breasts, shredded
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups noodles

- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Pour in the chicken broth, increase heat to bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Add noodles and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in the milk and heat through without boiling. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
