  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cheeses in a large mixing bowl. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder to distribute evenly.
  3. Spoon the filling into the center of the hollowed-out bread.
  4. Tightly wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil to prevent drying out and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes until the bread turns golden brown and the filling bubbles vigorously.
  6. Allow the bread to cool slightly before slicing into portions. Serve warm to enjoy the creamy, melted cheese filling.
