Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Grill the ears of corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are charred and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and half of the cotija cheese.
- Once the corn is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
