Ingredients

  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the white beans in water overnight and drain before using.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
