Ingredients

  • 1 whole pita bread
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 whole cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 whole red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast the pita in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp, then remove and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, thinly sliced radishes, chopped mint leaves, and chopped parsley leaves.
  5. Add the toasted pita bread pieces to the vegetable mixture in the bowl.
