Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 24 pieces wonton wrappers
- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground pork, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place a small amount of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold in half to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
