Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 6 silicone sphere molds
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips gently in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each half-sphere mold and spread to coat evenly. Let set for 10 minutes in the fridge.
- Carefully remove the set chocolate from the molds.
- In half of the spheres, add 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa mix and several mini marshmallows.
- Warm the edges of an empty chocolate half gently and press it against a filled half to seal, forming a complete sphere.
- Repeat until all chocolate bombs are assembled.
- Store the hot chocolate bombs in an airtight container until ready to use.
- To serve, place a hot chocolate bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it. Stir until completely melted and enjoy.
