Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried culinary lavender
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 8 cups cold water
- 4 cups sparkling water

Instructions
- Combine dried lavender and boiling water in a heat-safe container. Let steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender-infused water into a large pitcher, discarding the lavender solids.
- Add granulated sugar to the lavender water and stir until dissolved.
