Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 4 cups sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine dried lavender and boiling water in a heat-safe container. Let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the lavender-infused water into a large pitcher, discarding the lavender solids.
  3. Add granulated sugar to the lavender water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, add sparkling water to the lemonade mixture.
