Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast the broccoli in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.

  6. Place small mounds (about a tablespoon each) of grated Parmesan cheese onto the skillet, lightly pressing them down to form rounds.
