  • 4 medium bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
