- Heat vegetable oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, and add mandarin orange segments.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and veggies, stir to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
