Meet the 100% protein snack everyone is losing their nuggets over.

The Tok nailed it again. Meet your new favorite obsession: chicken chips. Chips made entirely of chicken. They’re crispy, crunchy, packed with protein, and couldn’t be easier to make. Warning: One bite and you’ll lose your cluckin’ mind (and probably self-control), so feel free to double the recipe in your first go.
Seasoned Chicken “Chips”

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, seasonings, and oil.
- Mix well until all the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
- Dump out the chicken onto the baking sheet and cover it with a layer of plastic wrap.
- Roll out the chicken into a thin layer (or take small portions of the chicken mixture and flatten them into thin, chip-like rounds about 1/8 inch thick, then transfer to the baking sheet).
- Brush or spray more olive oil lightly over the chicken to help it crisp up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before breaking into chips.
- Serve as a savory snack or with your favorite dipping sauce.
