Ingredients

  • 8 oz assorted cured meats
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced into triangles
  • 8 oz green olives, pitted and whole
  • 8 oz assorted crackers
  • 4 oz mixed nuts
  • 4 oz dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Arrange the cured meats on a large platter in whatever design or pattern you desire.
  2. Slice cheddar cheese into thin triangular pieces to resemble fangs and place them on the board.
  3. Use whole pitted green olives and arrange them as eyes across the board.
