Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with paprika and cayenne pepper.

  3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and okra to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
