  • 4 6 oz fillets salmon, fillets
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
  • 1 whole lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
