Passion Fruit Coconut Panna Cotta with Mango Garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit juice
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  4. Pour the mixture into four ramekins, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
