Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 slices brie cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 peaches, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shape the ground turkey into 4 evenly sized patties.
  3. Lightly season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of brie on each patty to melt.
  6. Place the burger buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast until lightly browned.
  7. To assemble the burgers, place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Top the patty with a slice of prosciutto, followed by slices of peaches and a handful of arugula.
  9. Place the top half of the bun on the arugula to complete the burger.
