- 1 medium zucchini, sliced

- 4 large whole wheat tortillas

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill grates until tender and slightly charred, approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side.

- Spread a generous layer of hummus onto each tortilla, using about 2 Tbsp per wrap.
- Top the hummus with an even layer of grilled vegetables.
- Wrap tightly by folding in the sides and then rolling up from the bottom.
