  • 2 heads radicchio, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the quartered radicchio on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  3. Roast the radicchio in the oven for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the edges are slightly crisp and browned.
  4. While the radicchio is roasting, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.
